After years of embroidering and tossing around the furniture in my head, I'm presently challenged by the poetics of using cash (notes, bills) as art material and territory, in part because money is implicated in nearly all aspects and spheres of contemporary life and culture. Dollars are beautiful stuff to most people everywhere, with endless permutations of uses and meanings.
